Sean Johnson's life as a small-town farmhand has been nothing but predictable, but when he meets Sophia Hillingdon at the local animal sanctuary, she gets him out of an eighteen-year rut, away from the mundane existence on the farm, and a grieving, drunken father.
Sophia is the first person who understands him and makes him believe that he might get out of their small town, who tells him, he has the potential to be whoever he wants to be and do whatever he wants to do.
But as their relationship unfolds, it is the most devastating of news that will change both of them forever.
Her face was nearer than it had ever been. Her skin felt smooth and warm. All I could do was lean further into her, losing myself in the moment. And then there were her piercing blue eyes-even more extraordinary up close. Before I knew it, I’d brought my hands to her chest as our parting lips collided. We kissed for hours, inhabiting each other with such force as our bodies rolled across the cooled grass. She was the change I had been searching for. It was the first time I realized; I could be anywhere in the world, but nowhere without her.

"After 25 years, this man and woman meet again, and Thomas is delighted, but Vashti fears that she cannot compete with the fantasy version of herself, and they agree to meet in Chicago, once Thomas is convinced that she will not become involved with the man from online dating, and when they meet, there's instant attraction, and Thomas makes good on everything he has promised Vashti. Vashti has the best intimacy, best kisses, best sex of her life."
Summary
Vashti, a sexually repressed 60-year-old female poet finally finds the courage to divorce a man she married as a teenager, a man jealous of her looks, of the very equipment that makes her so appealing and this freedom allows 66-year-old poet Thomas Robert Higginson to act upon the fantasy he's had for thirty years of loving Vashti, actually holding her, making love to her, a fantasy he acts out by visiting a store of Vashti, his fantasy come to life, and of course, entering that store is really a sexual act, for he's entering Vashti, even if just in his head that somehow Vashti seems to control for she has awareness of all of these Dream Baby Tienda events.
Novel begins with Vashti revealing her past to her friend Thomas Robert Higginson who continues to enjoy his fantasy at the Dream Baby Tienda; he's been interested in Vashti and loving her in his dreams, in his fantasies for 25 years. Every aisle has forms of Vashti on the shelf. He feels a little guilty because he's married, but Vashti is thoroughly irresistible to him. He tries not to give in to his fantasy's demands, but he fails, realizing the attraction he feels is much too powerful to deny.
He invites Vashti to be in a movie, and he wants to begin making love to her right then, but he doesn't, as both of them are married, but he wants to anyway; he finds Vashti to be the most beautiful woman in the world. He comes to the university where she teaches, and Vashti is in the audience, and Vashti loves how Thomas Robert Higginson performs, but Vashti is married to a non-poet spouse, because beautiful Vashti was raped and became pregnant from that when she was fifteen. Then Vashti meets the man she marries three weeks after the abortion... He is not sensitive to what has happened to her; she is 16 when they meet, Wesley is 23, not a good match at all. Thomas is a much better man for Vashti; he always knew this, but takes a little longer for Thomas to charm Vashti twenty-five years later when his weight gain worries him that he will not be attractive to his fantasy woman.
During the twenty-five years since they meet in person for Thomas's movie, Vashti marries an infertile man, and almost doesn't get to have a child of her own. Vashti's spouse cannot accept his infertility, and refuses to accept a sperm donor, but Vashti insists on having a child.
And ultimately this child more like Vashti than anyone else in the world causes the dissolution of a marriage that never should have happened, but Vashti's mother was only too glad to get Vashti married off, and since Wesley was interested, Vashti's mother agrees to the teenage Vashti marrying a man much too old for her. Now that Vashti is free, and Thomas Robert Higginson's wife has died, Thomas and Vashti become friends on Facebook, and as soon as Vashti changes her relationship status, he contacts Vashti, as he has during those years since the filming of his movie in 1988, as friends not as lovers.
Once Vashti finally divorces in 2013, this sexually repressed woman tries online dating and is extremely disappointed, so when Thomas contacts her to begin dating, Vashti is occupied with a man from an online service, and Thomas has to wait a little longer. But Vashti soon realizes what Thomas
wants, and Vashti is fascinated, although this man has gained a lot of weight, at least thirty pounds. But after 25 years, this man and woman meet, and Thomas is delighted, but Vashti fears that she cannot compete with the fantasy version of herself, and they agree to meet in Chicago, once Thomas is convinced that she will become not involved with the man from online dating, and when they meet, there's instant attraction, and Thomas makes good on everything he has promised Vashti. Vashti has the best intimacy, best kisses, best sex of her life.

Emory Fae enjoys leading a quiet, normal life. That is until two mysterious, and
handsome soldiers show up at her apartment, and the life she knew is instantly
whisked away. Memphis Carter and Brokk Foster come from the magical and war
ridden world of Kiero, and upon Emory's arrival she will discover she is the
long-lost heir to the Royal Line and is thrown into the Black Dawn Rebellion
with a dynamic role to ignite the rebels and reclaim her throne.
With both men being darkly woven in her past Emory uncovers hidden secrets, a
power held long dormant, and will soon realize there are worse things than
supernatural humans, love, loss, betrayal, and a Mad King.
Nyx looked at Memphis like he was a ghost. Command was silent after Brokk and Memphis had finished, the only noise the rustle of scanners and screens that kept surveillance.
“How could you do this?”
Nyx screeched her chair back, venom dripping from her tone. She jabbed a shaking finger into Memphis’s chest. “I trusted you. This is not something you keep to yourself, Memphis Carter. I trusted you. By fire and flame, Emory has gotten to safety while the rest of us barely survived? You two betrayed us to save one girl!”
Nyx was fully trembling now, her anger uncontained. Brokk looked to Wyatt, Jaxson, and Alby; their skeptical stances and hurt faces were enough for him to decipher how they were feeling. He cleared his voice and said, “I’m sorry. We both are. This can change our chances, though. From Adair’s point of view, I don’t think there would be anything more challenging than Emory returning from the dead. We use her and the Fae name to be the face of this Rebellion, and we finally end Adair.”
Nyx spat and said, “Well, doesn’t that just sound like the perfect fairytale that it is. The long lost Princess finally home to free her lands. Only that she saved her hide to leave the rest of us to suffer. Not very noble.”
Memphis’s face darkened. “You can be mad at my fault in this and in my decision to keep this from all of you, but Emory would have been killed if she had stayed that night. We all know this.”
Nyx flipped her purple hair over her shoulder. “Call a meeting. Tell the others. Then you two go on an Ops mission. Bring her back, and maybe I will consider staying with you.”
Memphis flushed a deep red at not getting that last word in before Nyx haughtily stalked out of the room.
The others followed, not giving them a second glance. Memphis turned to him in anger. “Well, that went fantastic.”
Brokk rolled his shoulders. “You have to understand, especially when it comes to Nyx, that anything to do with Emory will be a soft spot. She loves you, brother, and she thought that the competition for you was dead.”
Memphis flushed a deeper maroon at this point, sputtering. Brokk shook his head. “Call the alarm in an hour. Until then, take a moment. I will see you then.”
Brokk left, navigating quickly down the hallway. People around him were just blurs of colors. His heart was galloping just at the thought of seeing Emory Fae again. Six years and it only felt like yesterday that she was here laughing beside them, that he got lost in her sea-green eyes. Time could change a lot of things, but the advantage of being able to time travel was that he could relive those memories a thousand times over, and every time he thought it would fill the ache in his heart. He was sorely wrong. Now he was hoping desperately that the woman a world away would remember him as he once was, and not the soldier he was now.
****
“Please proceed to the dining hall. Please proceed to the dining hall…” Brokk’s stomach twisted. Weaving through the crowd, he lined up to enter the next cage. Numbly he stepped in, and the cage dropped into the ground. The wind roared around them as he tried to prepare himself. They slowed to a grinding halt, and Brokk realized the dining hall was nearly full already.
Weaving in between rows of familiar faces, he took a seat at the nearest table. Brokk scanned the crowd—near the front, Nyx’s purple hair reflected against the lantern glow. As if feeling his gaze, she turned her head, locking her eyes on him.
She was always the fierce one holding them all together. Her mouth was set in a grim line, she slightly tipped her head toward him. They all knew that from this moment on, there was no going back. As if on cue, Memphis walked out, stopping to take in everyone. He wore a pale blue shirt and black pants, his lace-up boots shining. Brokk could see his inner turmoil from the slight quirk in his nose; his pale eyebrows knitted together. His authoritative voice quieted the bustle in the room as Memphis clasped his hands in front of him. “Good morning. Firstly, I am sorry to take you all away from your tasks, but thank you for coming. As you all know, we formed this Rebellion to create a sanctuary to anyone who has been terrorized by Adair.
“We are here to heal and gain our strength, so we have a fighting chance against him. As a group, we have accomplished amazing feats but have lost way too much in the midterm. Every person in this room has trusted me without question, has taken me as their leader. All of us have been working toward resolutionto reclaim our world.” Memphis paused, his voice echoing in Brokk’s mind alone, “It’s time.” Sighing, he continued, “I have not been honest. In fact, I have lied to protect a secret that was never mine to keep. For this alone, words cannot begin to express my regret and guilt.”

I left my old life, and my broken heart, back in Michigan. When I moved to New York City for a fresh start, I didn’t know I would be made a sinful offer I couldn’t refuse…
My billionaire businessman boss decided that being the most powerful man on the East Coast wasn’t enough. He needed political power, too. But who would vote for a womanizing playboy with a different model on his arm every week? If he wanted to win, he needed a respectable wife…he needed me.
I had the looks, the small town charm—I was even already his employee, but I was willing to pretend to be so much more. And I’ve already signed a non-disclosure agreement, making me the perfect choice.
But will there come a point where pretend just isn’t enough?
She stepped over to the security desk and dropped her license and proof of employment in front of the guard. Her hands were sweaty and she kept glancing nervously around the busy lobby. Everyone seemed to be in such a hurry. “Excuse me, sir, but I believe you have a badge for me? My name is Holly McIntyre and I just moved here from Michigan to work for Mr. Cantrell. I’ve never been to New York City and—”
“Here’s your card, sweetheart,” the guard said in a thick Brooklyn accent, slapping a piece of plastic down on the desk. “And a word of advice? Don’t talk so much. You
need to be tough to make it in this building.”
Holly nodded and meekly slid the ID off the counter before turning toward the elevators. She felt her cheeks burn with embarrassment and internally abashed herself for rambling to a perfect stranger. She was used to chatting with everyone back in Michigan and now she’d just made herself look like a fool to the first person she met in the building. What a great way to start to her first day.
The elevators were packed, going up, and Holly had to squeeze herself between two very large men carrying briefcases to make her way up to the top floor. As people left the lift to exit to their levels, Holly gave herself a short, meaningful pep talk to fill the time during the long ride up. Okay, Holly, you can do this. You can make it through this. This is just a building in a city, not one of the most major companies on the East Coast for marketing and international sales. So what if it controls eighty percent of the sales to China? All you’ll be doing it fetching coffee and picking up dry-cleaning. No big deal! Maybe you’ll address envelopes sometimes or water plants. Totally doable! Fake it until you make it. Or crash and burn…oh, God.
When she stepped onto the top floor, she was the last person aboard the elevator and entirely sure she should never be a motivational speaker.
The seventieth floor was as white and bright as the lobby below, but primarily empty. A receptionist tapped away on a keyboard. Across from her desk was a bright red couch for visitors, and three heavy oak doors against the far wall. Holly quietly walked up to the receptionist, her ID card clutched in her hand. The woman was a statuesque brunette wearing a chic sweater dress and a pair of fifties-inspired glasses. She stopped typing and looked up at Holly from behind her vintage eyewear.
“H-hi, I’m Holly McIntyre, the new assistant.“ She cleared her throat and held up her ID for proof, hoping the receptionist wouldn’t notice the wild shaking of her hand.
“Lovely.” The receptionist purred in a way that made Holly think of a cat that’d just spotted a defenseless mouse. “Go on in to Mr. Cantrell’s office. Begin filing the papers on top of the filing cabinet in alphabetical order. He’ll be in shortly to give you further instruction.”
Holly waited to be dismissed, but took the woman’s return to typing as her release. She walked back to the far wall to the three doors. One was labeled Meeting Room 1, the second Meeting Room 2, and the third read Cantrell in bold golden letters next to the door. Slowly, she grasped the handle and pushed the door open to let herself inside.
The room was large and richly furnished with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows behind a stately desk. It was almost sterile-looking with no personal items to be seen between the imposing grandfather clock and leather armchairs. Holly looked around for a picture of her future boss, but the only art on the wall was a modern painting a man might’ve chosen—bright squares of red, blue, and black thrown onto a canvas. She thought a child could’ve put it together. It was nothing like the fine Italian frescos she’d seen online, nor like the famous reproductions of Monet paintings her parents had hanging in their restaurant back home. But what did she know about modern art? Holly had no doubt, however, that the simple piece had cost him thousands.
She placed her secondhand purse on one of the two guest chairs facing the desk
and made her way to a very tall, large filing cabinet tucked into the corner of the room. Her hands began to sweat as she saw how monumental the cabinet was. While she was around five feet tall, the cabinet must have been seven feet high. Wondering if she could actually do her duties with this monstrous piece of office furniture, she tried reaching the stack of papers and manila envelopes, but her hands barely grazed the top of the cabinet. She glanced around for a stepladder, or a stool, but only saw the expensive chairs meant for guests. Not finding any other option, she pulled the empty chair toward the cabinet and hopped on, balancing on the plush cushion.
She had just grabbed the heavy stack when the office door burst open, causing her arms to fly up in surprise and the papers to scatter all over the floor, mimicking the worst kind of snowstorm. Holly immediately jumped off the chair with her hand covering her mouth to stifle a small shriek of surprise that escaped as a pained squeak. She had not been in the office more than five minutes and she’d already made a mess. What made it worse was that the only person to witness her shame was her boss, Jackson Cantrell.
***
Jackson raised a brow as he inspected his new assistant. She seemed as flighty as a bird, and almost as delicate.
“Oh, goodness! I’m so sorry, Mr. Cantrell…sir…I can’t believe I…” Holly dropped back to the floor and began sweeping the papers into a pile with her quivering hands. “I’m sorry…I didn’t…I couldn’t reach…”
Jackson bent down to her level and began sorting the papers into small piles, slightly uncomfortable with the anxious woman fidgeting on his office floor. “I take it you must be my new assistant?”
“Y-yes. I’m Holly McIntyre.” She looked up at him, green eyes glassy with fear. “I promise, I’m not always so clumsy.”
He was taken aback upon seeing her fully. She was a pleasant-looking woman with a heart shaped face and full lips. As she lifted her emerald eyes to his, peeking at him from beneath her thick lashes, Jackson had to clear his throat. “Good to meet you, Holly.”
“I’m really not like this. I’m very well organized and—”
Jackson held up a hand. “Please, it’s really not a big deal. Why don’t you just go get settled at your desk for now, and I’ll fix this.”
“My desk?” Her face was still pink from embarrassment; a feature Jackson found oddly endearing.
“Yes. Your office connects with mine so that I’ll be able to reach you easily during business hours.” He scooped the rest of the files up and stood, holding a hand out to her.
Holly smiled uneasily, showing off a row of perfectly white teeth. Her hand was delicate in his, and when she rose to standing, he was surprised to see she had rather shapely legs beneath the unflattering sack she wore. “Of course, Mr. Cantrell. Is there anything I can get for you? Latte? Coffee? Tea?”
He shot her a small smile, amused by her nervousness. “No, thank you. Go get settled.”
Holly snatched her purse and tucked it under her arm, disappearing into her
adjacent office. Jackson watched her leave, noting how that dowdy suit, and ugly shoes, did little to show her apparent charms. His other assistants were always well-groomed and expertly dressed, looking at ease in their designer clothes. Holly McIntyre almost seemed like a little girl playing dress-up in her mother’s closet. He thought she would do better if she embraced her girl-next-door beauty instead of hiding it.
As he arranged the last of the files on his desk, he wondered if Holly had what it took to survive life in the big city.
Author Bio:
Kelsey McKnight is a university-educated historian from southern New Jersey. She has married her great loves of romance, history, and literature to create her newly finished works. Her first books, "The Scottish Stone Series", are coming in April of 2017 by Limitless Publishing. Book one is titled "Queen of Emeralds", and is available now. "The Scottish Stone Series" take readers on a journey through the bustling streets of Victorian London and into the lush hills of the Scottish Highlands. Her second book, a contemporary romance titled "The Non-Disclosure Agreement", will also be available in May of 2017 and feature a bad boy politician and the small town girl that could change his ways. When she’s not writing, Kelsey can be found reading, drinking too much coffee, spending time with her family, and working on two nonprofits.
DOMME EXPERIENCE is an intimate exploration of kinks and fetishes by an unlikely couple, with thoughtful and philosophical discussion by the characters, and graphic descriptions of their erotic adventures.
Kelly takes the upper hand – in a manner of speaking – exhibiting her dominant side, and impressing her parents and Sam, as roles are reversed. Her formal training as a dominatrix leads to new and unexpected experiences for Sam. Kelly and Sam explore new cultures, and enjoy further adventures with friends, as their world travels continue. Kelly demonstrates her technical and business prowess, and the company that she and Sam founded takes off, changing their lives forever. There are a billion reasons why they should be happy. But they are unaware that a storm is brewing on the horizon.
The Experiences series is an epic love story of erotic relationships and sexual desires. Written in a ‘literary realism' style, the series introduces Sam in the prequel, and the blossoming of his intimate relationship with Kelly as the series progresses. Fantasies and real-world adventures coalesce to mold a unique bond between unlikely lovers. Where needs are mutually satisfied in an open, creative and trusting environment. Where physical and mental boundaries are pushed. Where the concepts of love and sex are never confused, but sometimes confusing. Where openness is required and intimacy is expected. And where fair-is-fair, regarding the punishment of transgressions.

WARNING! This work contains mature content, including graphic sexual descriptions and scenes, and is provided for adults only. The Experiences series contains scenes of psychological and physical submission, discipline, and medical fetish. The characters explore various fetishes, which evolve throughout the series. ALL CHARACTERS IN THE BOOK ARE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, and all activities are consensual.
In the afternoon, Elena taught us a little about foot worship, or ‘podophilia’, one of the most common fetishes, along with interests in shoe, boot, sock, stocking, and pantyhose.
“It has been proposed by neurologists that the prevalence of foot fetishists may be due to the proximity of the sensory receptors of the feet and the genitals, in the brain.
“As with many other fetishes, interest usually begins in childhood. Some of these men are shy, and can be in their own sexual world without having to face you or deal with emotions. They will rub your feet, kiss them, lick them, view them from different angles, and sometimes even give you a pedicure!
“It’s actually a pretty pleasant experience, and there are a lot of dommes who specialize in foot worship. The key requirements are to keep your feet in good shape, and to have a large collection of different-style shoes.” She laughed, “And you can take them as a business expense!”
Mistress Elena signaled Mildred, who left the room. “This afternoon, we have two gentlemen who’s sexual interest is exclusive to foot fetishes. One of them loves legs in pantyhose, and the other loves licking feet and sucking toes.”
Mildred re-entered the room with two men in tow. One was elderly – certainly older than Sam, and the other looked like he might be in his 30s.
There were four of us and two of them, so we switched off. Charles, the older gentleman, was into stroking legs through pantyhose; and Jack, the younger guy, was totally into licking and sucking.
Elena explained that many foot fetishists enjoy the smell or taste of feet, or even dirty socks. And pantyhose allows sweat to build up, for an even more distinct odor.
But, from what I could see, Charles was mainly interested in the feel of his hands running along the pantyhose. And it was clear that he was not excited by seeing under our dresses or running his hand up to our crotches.
I found the pedal attention by Jack very sensual, and I found myself drifting off. My eyes opened to see him concentrating on my left big toe, and I had to ask him. “Jack, would you be turned on if I were to respond to your erotic treatment of my feet? Would it please you to help me have an orgasm?”
Jack took my toe out of his mouth, holding it gently, as he answered, “I think it would be great. It means we would be very compatible.” He looked into my eyes, for the first time, “You have the most beautiful feet I’ve ever seen … or tasted.”
I smiled, and sat back in the chair, closing my eyes, and letting my hand venture down to my clit; over my dress, of course. But as I was wearing nothing underneath, it was easy to develop my arousal as an accompaniment to Jack’s sucking and licking.
We had not yet gone through the ethics portion of the class, and I assumed that Elena would stop me, if masturbating would be inappropriate. My rationale was that I was enjoying the sensual experience, and it would help turn-on Jack, who was my ‘client’.
The running of Jack’s tongue over my foot, delving between my toes, and then sucking them, as he stroked my lower leg, was creating a wave of sensations that propagated up my body. My eyes still closed, my fingers making minimal motion over my clit, the feelings washed over me in one huge orgasmic tidal wave.
A high-pitched wail began to escape my throat before I realized where I was and who was around me. My eyes popped open, and Jack smiled, his eyes raised to mine, his mouth enveloping my right heel.
I looked around the room, and a few pairs of eyes met mine, then lowered. Elena was at the side of the room, talking quietly with Mildred.
With Jack still ‘working’ on my right foot, I extended my left foot and ground it against Jack’s groin. Jack’s breath caught, and his head turned slowly to me. I smiled at him, and stroked his hardening dick between my big toe and second toe. Jack was now licking the bottom of my right foot, curling my toes.
Then, my breath caught: Was this ethical? Was it legal? Getting myself off, when I was the domme, was one thing. But here, I was having ‘sex’ with my client. I chuckled, as I remembered the never-ending stream of definitions of sex that Sam and I had used to rationalize our actions since I’d met him.
I retracted my foot. “I don’t think I’m supposed to do that. Sorry.”
Jack was nodding, “I understand. But I could play with your feet forever. And I appreciate the thought …”
Leaning over and giving Jack a quick kiss on the forehead, I smiled, “I would have enjoyed it … if we weren’t in a class, learning about the ethics and legality of providing various services to our clients.”
As I stood up, Jack winked at me, “Give me a call, when you become a domme.” I didn’t have the heart to tell him that I lived six thousand miles away.
An adventuress and traveler, Simone is a sensual being who loves to read stories that excite her. She takes exception to authors who promote their works as ‘dirty’, ‘filthy’, or ‘smutty’: She believes that sex is wonderful in all of its incarnations, and doesn’t shy away from graphic descriptions of realistic sexual experiences, no matter how messy. Her writing is mainly in the ‘literary realism’ style – i.e., it is wild (even outrageous) … but could really happen to you! She values openness in relationships, and demonstrates this through her characters.
Prior to becoming an author, Simone was a nurse. One of her pet peeves is reading erotica that gets simple anatomy wrong! She is continually bewildered by women who haven’t explored their own bodies. Another pet peeve is the mostly hung-up Victorian society prevalent in the U.S. and U.K., and she tries to do her part to change that by introducing people to new sexual and sensual experiences through her erotic writing. The activities in Simone’s books are quite realistic, as she has participated in most of these in ‘real life’, as surreal as it may seem.
Simone is currently completing the Experiences series, which will run an estimated 1,000,000 words! That is why she refers to it as an ‘epic’ romance, although each volume is intended to stand on its own, with a ‘happy for now’ ending. Experiences combines literary style and philosophical discussion by the characters with graphic portrayal of sex in all of its kinks and fetishes. You may not like all of the things Simone’s characters do … but neither do they. Their exploration of new experiences will hopefully motivate some readers to explore their own sexuality to a greater extent.
Simone loves to hear from her readers, so feel free to contact her. In fact, she hopes you will feel ‘free’ sexually and spiritually, as well. Please follow her on social media and her blog. On her website, you may interact directly with the main characters in her books, including asking them questions in order to understand their perspectives in more depth.
You can sign up to her mailing list to learn about new releases, and take advantage of promotions. All readers on the mailing list will be sent an excerpt from each of her next novels, prior to publication.
